General Information and How to Order

When you get to the shopping cart, you will be asked specifics about your order, i.e., font type, colors, etc. If we have any questions, we will contact you. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

PAYMENT:

We will ask for a credit card number, although the account will be charged until your order has shipped. We will notify you at that time.

ARTWORK:

Acceptable graphics file types: CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, PhotoShop, or Professional PDF are preferred. However, any eps vector file can be used if converted to curves. JPG GIF, and BMP are not acceptable. Neither are images taken from websites. These types of images are too bitmapped, or pixilated to be used for printing.

What if I don’t have artwork? Generally, the graphics person or company who created your logo will have a copy they can send to us. However we can assist you in creating art or making your logo ready for printing. Artwork services are billed at $40 per hour. If that is necessary,we will let you know before proceeding.

PROOFS:

We will email you a proof in .pdf format, except as noted in particular product listing. You are responsible for checking and verifying all art, including spelling. The first three proofs are free. Thereafter they are $15.00 per additional proof.

COLOR MATCHING:

Most manufactures offer PMS color matching, but some do not. The availability and cost, if any for color-matching will be indicated on each product listing.

OVER/UNDERRUNS:

During the printing process, some products may be discarded that do not meet our suppliers’ high standards However, most suppliers run extras to be sure to have enough for the order. In keeping with industry standards, allow for a +/- 5-10% production run quantity.

PRIVACY POLICY:

The MJL Company does not rent, sell, or otherwise disseminate the email addresses of our customers to any third parties.

REFUND POLICY:

All products sold by The MJL Company are guaranteed as to quality and workmanship.  However, all customer-printed items are non-returnable and no refunds will be given.
