CIRCULAR CALENDAR ART INSTRUCTIONS

Most of our customers want some text on their calendars, along with a logo. It is probably easiest just to hand draw a rough circle and type or write the text you want, where you want it. Be sure and let us know if there are particular fonts you want used. Of course, you can have anything that you want on the front of the Calendar, providing it will fit within the 4.15" diameter circular area with a 1/8" grommet in the center. Send your rough design via snail mail, fax, or as a Word, WordPerfect, or TXT attachment via e-mail, and we will typeset your design and send it back to you for revisions, additions, etc.

For the logo, the preferable form of graphic art is an EPS vector art file, as those types of file can be easily re-sized to fit the Calendar area. Most JPG and GIF files are not acceptable forms of art as they are too "bitmapped" to reproduce. BMP files will work if they are at LEAST 300 dpi at size. Images taken from websites are very poor quality in terms of resolution to be used for printing (usually only 72 dpi) and cannot be used. If you have EXACT, camera-ready art, you can send a PDF file. Anything other than the above-described types of art may require some degree of graphic design on our end. (Your printer, webmaster, or graphics person should be able to help you out with this! If you're not sure what you've got, just email it to us and we'll pass it on to our printer for the official thumbs up or thumbs down.) PMS and Pantone color matching is available at no charge. If you want a particular color matched but don't know the PMS or Pantone number, please send us something (business card, letterhead, etc.) with the color on it.

Be sure and let us know whether or not you want the words "Circular Calendar" and the instructional paragraph on the front.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no initial set-up charge for designing your calendar. However, additional charges may result for any typesetting or re-design of graphic art required due to unacceptable graphic files, or for re-working of the initial design. We will advise you of the approximate cost of any such necessary graphic art work and/or typesetting revisions and will obtain your consent before any such costs are incurred.

A credit card is required. Personalized printed items are non-returnable and no refunds will be made. You will be responsible for authorizing a proof before printing begins. However, The MJL Company warrants and guarantees the workmanship and quality of the Circular Calendars.

FedEx Ground will be used for shipping, unless otherwise requested by Customer. It is agreed that upon confirmation of delivery by FedEx tracking service, the entire purchase price, plus shipping, will be charged to Customer's credit card on file.

The Circular Calendar is trademark and copyright protected, and either the words "Circular Calendar" or www.circularcalendar.com (in very tiny print) must appear somewhere on the face of the calendar.
